Please read these terms carefully before using Trading Journal

Welcome to Trading Journal by Galaxiem ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trading Journal mobile application ("App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the App.
  • By using the App, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

2. Services Provided

  • The App provides a trading journal and tracking tool to help you record, analyze, and improve your trading performance.
  • All trade data is stored locally on your device. No account or cloud sync is required.
  • This is a tracking tool only. It does NOT provide trading signals, market data, or AI-powered analysis.
  • Trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans:

Monthly:$0.99 USD
Yearly:$9.99 USD (save 16%)
  • Prices are shown in USD and automatically converted to your local currency by Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • Subscription validation and management are securely handled via Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment is charged to your Google or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
  • We do not process refunds directly; refunds are subject to Google Play and App Store policies.

4. Fair Use of Logos and Brands

  • Company logos, brand names, and financial symbols (e.g., Tesla, Microsoft, USDTRY, BTCUSD) shown in the App are used fairly and solely for informational and educational purposes.
  • We do not claim affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with any third-party companies.
  • If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property is misused, please contact us at support@galaxiem.com.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the App for unlawful purposes, including fraud, unauthorized data scraping, or manipulation.
  • You are responsible for the device on which you install the App and any data you enter.
  • The App may display advertisements delivered by Google AdMob (free version only).
  • Any use of the App that violates these Terms may result in termination of access.

6. No Financial Advice – Risk Warning

  • Trade records and statistics provided in the App are for tracking purposes only and not financial advice.
  • All trade data is entered by you. We are not responsible for the accuracy of your records.
  • We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment service provider. This is a tracking tool only.
  • You acknowledge that all trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital.

7. Privacy

  • All trade data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your trading records.
  • We use minimal third-party services: RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Google AdMob (ads).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of trade data you enter. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of your records.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxiem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or loss of data.

9. Compliance with Laws

  • You are responsible for ensuring that use of the App complies with the laws and regulations of your country.
  • Access to the App may not be permitted in some jurisdictions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
